This morning I woke up and jumped on the scale. Not a fancy one like James'. Mine has a dial, not digital numbers. So, the weigh in for today is 230 and one line. Not bad. That's 8lbs since weigh in. Allll thanks to getting sick right after the initial weigh in. I did have half a case of beer last night, and I'm sure that didn't help. And work cafeteria food, but I'm eating smaller portions at home. That pretty much means I'll be kicking your ass, James. I bet you're sucking back a 2L of coke right now.
Also, fat guys cannot buy expensive snow pants. Large is too small for me. XL is too large for me. I didn't want to spend $150 on pants if they didn't fit right. But, they did look good. Unforturnately we couldn't find anything that would fit James. I guess they don't make anything larger than a XXXL at Sportchek, or the fancy ski place we were at. What do two fat guys do when they can't find pants? Go somewhere fat guys would go. Walmart. I took a pair of XL snow pants which were too large, but, they were $10. Can't go wrong there. James finally found a pair that snugly fit on him. For $10, he could just buy a new pair when he rips the seams apart.

Update
Well after doing the uncle lance diet from saturday to tuesday I'm down to 312.5, which is 5 pounds in 4 days. I thinky jeffy lost more than that the night he was ill at my place BUT I'm equally sure the case of beer he drank when he got home would've caused him to put it back on...
Care to comment there jeffy?

It's ON
Weigh in was at 3:30 pm on January 5, 2007. We both wore jeans and whatnot figuring that even if our weight was too high it wasn't the actual weight that mattered but the weight loss.

After the weigh in Jeff got straight to work on losing weight by staying home and getting physically ill, all night.
James took the more moderate approach and went climbing then had a couple pieces of pizza and 3 pickles.
